Skip is a data driven marketer with over 20 years’ experience on client, agency and supplier side. Prior to joining dotmailer in 2009, he was Email Partner at OgilvyOne London and the European Operations Director for Acxiom Digital.

Skips expertise ranges in working with various brands to help analyse and develop their digital plans and wider digital marketing activities, helping to develop digital marketing strategies for dotmailer clients to help them create campaigns to deliver increased customer lifetime value, loyalty and ultimately return on investment. He has worked with clients as diverse as BT to Fred Perry and the Woodland Trust to DHL.

A globally recognised blogger and speaker Skip is a member of the Board of Directors of the UK Direct Marketing Association, Chair of the Committee for responsible Marketing and a Fellow of the IDM.
